At Monday night's meeting,
newly elected officials were sworn in.

On April 21st, Mayor Morris presented the Arbor Proclamation to Carl Hament from Mortum Arboretum.
|
|
|
|
|
Then on April 25th, a tree was planted in front of City Hall in memory of Charles Cunningham, he served three terms as an alderman for the City of Belvidere.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Thursday, May 1st we added two new Police Officers. Please join us in welcoming Officer Lee (Left) and Officer Shook (Right).
|

|
|
|
|
The Cub Scouts (Den #9 Pack #177) were eager to meet with Mayor Morris on Friday, April 18th. They got to learn about the function of local government, relative to the Mayor and City Council!
