CITY OF BELVIDERE LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
- 2025 -2026 CITY OF BELVIDERE LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL

It is time to renew your City of Belvidere annual liquor license.

- For your convenience, the City also has mailed to your business a liquor license renewal application for the license year 2025-2026. Completion of these documents and the payment of fees are necessary to facilitate renewal of your license.
All applications and necessary documentation must be either electronically submitted or delivered to the City Clerk’s Office no later April 1, 2025.
Include with your application the following: (If you will be using the online fillable application, make sure all these documents are on your PC)
- A copy of your current Annual Report with the Illinois Secretary of State.
- If applicable, a copy of your current Lease if it is not on file with our office.
- A copy of your DRAM Shop Insurance.

- Class A
- $1,750.00
- Class M
- $1,750.00
- A Catering Endorsement is available for an additional $200.00 annual fee.
- Please pickup your Liquor licenses from the City Clerk’s Office April 29th - April 30, 2025.
