Water Service Survey

In accordance with the IEPA’s “Lead Service Line Replacement & Notification Act” all communities are required to prepare a comprehensive water service line material inventory and report their findings to the State.  Homes or commercial buildings built prior to 1986 may have a water service line constructed with lead.  Please follow the below link to the brief Lead Service Line Survey to determine the material composition of your water lines.  If you are having problems completing the survey, please call us at 815-544-9256.
