TREE INVENTORY STARTING
The City of Belvidere has been awarded a $76,650.00 grant by the Morton Arboretum’s Chicago Region Trees Initiative to improve our community tree canopy. Representatives of Great Lakes Urban Forestry will begin the inventory of all trees located on public right-of-way and city-owned properties on Monday November 28th. The inventory work will take several months to complete.
