The City of Belvidere, IL is currently accepting proposals for new copiers/copier maintenance for multiple locations and departments.  Vendors need to submit proposals to the Budget/Finance Officer no later than Friday, September 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.  Please click here for further information. 

 

The City of Belvidere Fire Department is requesting sealed bids for four concrete improvement projects at Stations 1 and 2.  Work includes replacing concrete aprons at both stations, installing a new trench drain at Station 2, and refinishing Station 2’s apparatus bay floor.  Contractors may big on individual projects or submit a bundled price.  Proposals are due by 5 p.m., August 29, 2025, with bid opening on September 1 and an anticipated award on September 15. Please click here for further information.
